I just went to download this app. Although it said it was free on the search results, when I double tapped it, it was still $0.99. I also saw that there was a Naval combat Lite, which just let's you play against the computer. This app is free and let's you upgrade to the paid version. It is totally accessible. I was kind of hoping for some sound effects though! :-)
