The YouVersion one can be downloaded, by the way, though you can use it from the server if you prefer.

Hello all,
I was wondering which app is most accessible for reading
the NIV Bible in off-line mode? I use YouVersion on
both my iPhone 4S and iPad, but was wondering which is
the most VO friendly for off-line use.
Any help would be most appreciated.
