One other thing I'd recommend trying out when you are creating Gmail
filters for lists, is to set them up based upon the List-ID header of
the list, which you can find by opening a message sent to a list in
the basic HTML view, clicking on 'show original', and doing a text
search for list. Then when you're creating a filter, enter that into
the "has the words" box in the form shown below, which will work for
the viphone list:
Has the words: list:(<viphone.googlegroups.com>)
This will cover not only messages sent "to" the list, but also
messages CCed and BCCed to the list. The standard view of Gmail
automates this process a bit, but you can still do it in the basic
HTML view in the way I just described.
