Hi Steve, Thanks for taking the time to write such a detailed explanation of how to access this app. I do agree with Mike that in the long run, we need better access so as to not have to umps through all of these hoops, and it should never be necessary to unload one's main access in order to use a piece of software. As a practical matter, until or if they address this issue, I will certainly try your work-around. And as I stated, I did write Sirius XM and already received a phone call promising to push this to the I.T people. Even if that happens, that doesn't guarantee anything will happen, so your approach is needed for now.
