Carol Please try the following: Go to Settings, General, International and make sure you have the region format set to UK. Also Voice Control to English (United Kingdom).
I think this should make Fleksy speak in UK English - if it still doesn't work please email us at [email protected] and we will look into it. PS: We unfortunately can't enforce the low quality voice, however. This is not a setting we can use as a third party app on the iPhone.
