Hello JoJo and Listers, For your information and for those who have an iPhone 4S, you can simply ask SIRI "Where is area code 408", I just had a call from there today which is why this example popped into my head. After a couple of seconds SIRI tells you that area code 408 is in California, that it consists of 723 exchanges and was put into service on January 1, 1959 (53 years ago). It also continues to tell you that in San Jose 945,942 people have this area code and it goes on to list all the other cities and how many people there have that area code.

If someone calls and you don't know where they are calling from, you can look up the area code with this app. I find the app to be very accessible so I just thought I would share it with the list. Here's a link to the description of it in the app store. http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/area-code-directory/id357420195?mt=8 JoJo -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the "VIPhone" Google Group.
