I always just click on the link at the end of each message and then click on the My Membership button just before the list of messages starts. On the subsequent page, you can specify web mail for your delivery, meaning obviously that you can check your messages on line but they won't be emailed to you. If that doesn't work for you, more detailed instructions have been posted to the list several times in the last week or two.
