At my work I work with a few different iDevices for our lending
library. I'm trying to change the device name on 2 different iPad 2s
and an iPod Touch. Using iTunes on my Windows PC with Window-Eyes, I
was able to do this successfully on one iPad. In iTunes, I selected
the device by name, used the Summary tab, tabbed to the device name
and used the applications key to bring up the option to change the
device name. It worked perfectly for one but the others remain
non-editable. Can anyone offer suggestions on what to do next?
