Someone please explain a VPN app to me,?

Get a VPN app. My wife uses one for 99 cents a month to
watch her stuff in Germany. I forget what it's called,
but you just have to turn it on and off
from within settings once downloaded.
I think it may be called VPN Connect or something, but I
don't have my iPad
in front of me to double check. It's either $8.99 for
the entire year or a buck from month to month with a
week free trial.

Yes, but what I know from previous experience BBC online
coverage is available only to people in England for the
most important matches. Due to right restrictions I
can't listen to many sport events on BBC in the US.
