Hi,

Worder is a good anagram game. I don't remember whether it's free because I got
it a long time ago.

There are four unlabeled buttons near the top of the opening screen and many of
the other screens. From left to right, they are

Configuration
The configuration screen is mostly accessible, xcept that most of the unlabeld
buttons are Info, and the final one is Done. Also, you can't flick to all the
controls, but you can touch them. On this screen, you decide whether to allow
3-letter words, whether adding S is necessary, whether to use American or
British spelling, and a few more things.

When you're playing a game, there is a group of 8 letters, each of which is a
button. Double-tap a letter button, and the letter appears in a text box below
the letters. When you have all the letters entered, flick to the Plus button to
the right of the text field, and double-tap it. There's no sound, but your
total number of words goes up and the word is added to the list. Both of these
pieces of info are available after the text box. There's also a Cross button
that deletes what's in the text box. If there's nothing in the text box, it
seems to cross out the last word you entered and not let you enter that word
again. I'm not sure why. There's also a Flag button. This lets you forfeit the
game. There's no time limit, which I love.

HTH,
Anna
