Sorry about this issue.  It's caused by the fact that ViA pulls down its data 
from the web and it takes a few seconds when you launch or hit refresh. If this 
gets interrupted, it can cause disruptions in what is displayed. We're working 
on a fix and I'll keep this group informed as to when we post it.  In the 
meantime, closing the app and relaunching solves the problem as folks have 
indicated. Thanks for your patience, I how this bug doesn't discourage you!
