I use an app in FB called Selective Tweets. So when I find a tweet in
twitter I want to post on Facebook, I just retweet it, putting #fb at the
end, and it automatically gets sent to my FB wall.

I think Jenn wanted to do it from FB rather than from Twitter.
I just do it from Twitter (as shown below) and find it a lot easier!
