You have to go into the main facebook site on your computer, search for
selective tweets, and then go through the screen where it asks for your
permission to post to your wall, etc., press allow, and then you can post
from twitter on your device by just adding #fb at the end of the tweet or
retweet.

I think Jenn wanted to do it from FB rather than from Twitter.
I just do it from Twitter (as shown below) and find it a lot easier!
