Hi all -- I'm back for the new year and am trying still to get accustomed to my new iphone6
Thanks to some tips from friends I got it initialized and made a few calls, but my problem now is that I accidently defined a passcode that I didn't want -- I mean, I hit the wrong numbers and have no idea what the passcode is. So I'm locked out of my own phone. I'm looking for someone to tell me how I can erase and start over on this phone. I had no data on it yet, so I don't care abojut losing anything. I was told by apple tech support that I should fire up itunes, but I did that and looked through all the menus and could find nothing to restore a blank phone. Has anyone done this?
