It seems as though the market is being bombarded with this kind of service.
In the past, the big problem has been how to recruit and maintain the pool
of workers, or whatever you want to call them. For such a service to be
useful, it would need to be available over a large geographical area, and
for most of the day and week because blind people live 24/7 like everyone
