Hello,

Yes, with the Braille Pen this is true. If you turn on the pen then unlock the 
phone it will pair automatically. As for going to help mode. This happens here 
too. I haven’t found a way of turning off. I can’t remember if pressing the 
power button to lock the phone enables you to turn off the Pen without going 
into help. I haven’t used the Pen for a while. But will check a routine if 
required. But it sounds as if you’ve got it as good as it will get.
