If you are wanting to create documents on your phone, the Word app is still difficult to use with VoiceOver.
Both Notes and Word can send documents to yourself that you could then open on your computer. But, in a week or two, the creator of Voice Dream Reader will be releasing a new app for creating documents that I think will be better than both Word and Notes. It is still in beta, so I won’t say anything more about it right now.
