Open the image to be sent, and then tap Share on the bottom of the screen. Normally this would just share the one photo, but the Camera app is different - once you hit Share, you can actually go through and select any other photos you want. Once you're done choosing the pictures, touch the bottom of the screen to get back to the Share area, find Mail, and double tap.
