Hi there, I tried switching to French and it worked fine. I should add that, since I did not know how to type in contracted French, I made sure grade 1 was being used. Burther, as long as the default language was selected when I started the test, the feedback I got was in French. Maybe try starting the phone again or other reset Good luck.
