Hi Andrew and others,
Another thing to keep in mind is that the app does not activate the
flash so there needs to be lots of light for the person to see with the camera.
I had a person tell me they could not see even though a over head light was
on. When I turned on another brighter light they could see and answer my
questions.
One other tip. during a call the person said several times, wait a moment the
image is going to be clearer in a moment. and sure enough if we waited they
could then see clearer and read the information I needed.
the app has worked great for me though i am using a iPhone 6.
