I like Tyler who has an Australian accent. In the sample demo to me he sounded more natural than all the others. Check him out. On the other hand when I tried to change Siri to a male voice I got a truly un authentic French lilt to the way he pronounced some names. For a hard Jan, he pronounced it more like Jon with a soft o sound. As Richard says, it's pretty subjective what appeals to a given listener.
