Did you get a replacement? I registered mine for the warranty and had no issues getting a replacement set from Aftershokz. In fact, the replacement set is still in its box as I fixed my original set and it works perfectly fine. The band on my set cracked too, but I just did a little surgery and no big deal. I use my aftershokz while on the bike or treadmill or elyptical or around the house in general. It’s nice to have something that doesn’t’ cover up your ears all the time.
They’re a bit too trecky for my taste for going out and about while running erronds and whatnot though. Bluetooth audio devices be it speakers or headphones just aren’t going to have the quality that wired or even wireless audio devices will.
