This happened on a few of mine, and I doubt that I would pay for another set. in their defense, their customer service is wonderful, and I have not had to pay for replacements, but it is sure inconvenient to have to wait weeks for a replacement. It forced me to buy another headset, and I figure as long as I need a backup headset because they are so fragile, why bother with them in the first place. I was told that these were originally developed for the military, and for runners and joggers, but I can’t imagine the military purchasing anything that is so fragile, or even a runner or jogger for that matter.
