You can, for example, wear and use Apple Watch during exercise, in the rain, and while washing your hands, but submerging Apple Watch is not recommended. Anyhow, Jonathan already said that he will buy one via his business since it is his business to be informed and write about it so if you subscribe to his Twitter feed or check his website you'll be able to read some good articles about how the accessibility is implemented and how it really works a little while after April 24. My guess is that it will work quite well, but I'm sure we will find out.
