Hi, Not that I'm aware of unfortunately. As part of network diagnostics it does do a small speed test but helpfully it doesn't actually tell you the speed that it got. NB: I last did this a couple of upgrades ago so this may have changed.
In an effort to narrow down the problem you could try connecting over Ethernet instead of wireless to see if that's the issue or not. Cheers, Ben.
