Have you tried going to settings passed code and then choose turn passed off and then swipe to turn off and then double tap. Then you have to enter the passcode again and then it will ask you if you want to turn off key chain and then if you want to still keep using key chain then choose keep using iCloud key chain and then the pass code feature should be deactivated.
