Good Afternoon all,
Please could some one help me. I have just ttried to back up my iphone 5s with itunes 12.1 and I got the error that stated that the backup may not be compatable with this iphone or may be corrupt is there a way I can get round this. I have installed itunes from scratch so it has created a new itunes folder and still I get the error. If some one could help me I would be most grateful.
