Still unable to get that process to complete what am I doing or not which is causing the process to fail? I thought you had to first put the music into the media library or whatever that is. I do that but it still falls down and never makes it to the phone. What am I doing or not what am I missing or not? This is the second phone I have had and I have never been able to make that happen leading me to assume that maybe it can't be done and if I am going to listen to music on the thing I am going to have to use the bloody cloud to do it. Again where does the process fall down if indeed it is? Also what's this business about playlists? I wouldn't think you'd have to deal with that just to get the thing to let you put content on the device?
