Annie, Since it will fit anything from a full iPad to an iPhone 4S, I think you might still have something not quite right. The little shelf that the phone sits on, for the 6, it works great in the second hole. I imagine the 6 plus would do well in the third hole. I have a coworker with a 6 plus, I'll try and catch her a little later today and try it out. I'll send more details then. Do you have the 6 plus in a case? If so, which case? Richard
