I'm using iOS 8.3. I need some additional help for enabling this
feature for downloading free apps with no password. I've read the
article but I'm stuck. I have not been using touch ID for many
months. Checked it under Setting anyway and it's clearly off. But in
the iTunes & App Store setting, just below my ID there is a footer
statement saying "Touch ID is enabled for all purchases." I can't
figure out how to change this.
Any ideas?
