Mine showed $7.99 for one screen and standard definition or $8.99 for high definition and two screens. For the 30 day trial, I took the 2 screen one, in the hunch that audio description could exist only on HD, and that could be why we sometimes don't even see the option. As for doing it on the computer, I can't find the controls once I play a video, so the cheapest device to get that would do it accessibly is probably the Apple TV unless I'm missing something.
