Not at this time, to the best of my knowledge. For the moment, though, only Daredevil is described, and no other shows have been announced as having descriptions yet. I imagine, as the feature slowly comes to more and more offerings, Netflix might offer a way to find content that includes description. Or, they might be aiming to offer this through their entire range of shows and movies, and so searching for it will eventually bemuse pointless since nearly everything will have it.
