Hello,

Maybe you can answer this question about adding ringtones with iTunes 12.1.2. I
go through all the steps in the current version and interact with the scroll
area where the buttons are found to either sync all or selected ringtones.
There is also a table listing the ringtones. I make sure all are checked. I
stop interacting with the table and the scroll area and find the apply button
and activate it. I hear the charm that I think the ringtones have ALL sync to
the phone. This is the problem. When I go into a contact to select a ringtone,
2 out of the 3 are listed at the top. I have been able to reproduce this by
repeating the process and then the ringtone that was dimmed is now present, but
one of the other ones is dimmed. So, what's the deal on this one? I created 2
of 3 ringtones in Amadeus Pro, with a extension of m4r. I'm using an iPhone6
with 8.3. I hope someone can solve this mystery.

Thanks in advance.

Cheers,
Eileen
