Hi all. Since upgrading to iOS 8.3 I am experiencing the following:
1. I selected the Braille screen input in my router.
2. When in an edit field I double tap to activate it.
3. I then turn the router clockwise with two fingers and receive the following:
"VoiceOver on" This afternoon it went into a loop. I can turn the router
counter clockwise. And if I deselect the Braille Screen input the router works
fine. If I place my iPhone in tabletop position the Braille screen seems to
appear and I can't do anything with it. However, as soon as I place the phone
in the away position it goes crazy again.

I have performed a soft reset of the settings several times with the power and
home keys held down for ten seconds. I have also performed a general reset. The
only thing left is to erase all data and settings. I really don't want to do
this but may have no choice. My iPhone 6 is backed up to iCloud so it can be
recovered.

I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar problem?

Thanks.
