Hi all I went to the Apple store and after reseting and finally erasing the iPhone we discovered that when I reloaded the data from the backup file on iCloud the problem returned. I am now rebuilding my folders and reinstalling my purchases. Though it's a pain in the but at least we are doing a kind of spring cleaning., The Braille screen now works as it should.
