That's curious. I have my Touch ID and Passcode settings turned on to allow access to Siri from a locked screen but when I tried beating the system by asking for the temperature, nothing happened when I double tapped on the Weather Channel button below the provided temperatures. My screen did not change nor did the iPhone 6 unlock.
