GPS are notoriously heavy on battery, book reading is less, use wired
earphone rather than bluetooth to save battery. If you're sat on a train,
the wire isn't going to matter too much. If you do it often, you might want
to consider one of the various battery packs you can get to recharge your
device from.

Subject: Re: Battery charge on IPhone4S?

Hi all,
Would anyone know how long my IPhone4S might keep a charge?
I went out for 40 minute walk with BlindSquare launched and when I got home
90% battery was announced when I plugged it into socket for a charge.
Do you think IPhone might last four to five hours on a train while listening
to a book on Bard mobile?
I don't wish to loose power when I get off the train.
No IPhone charge at my seat.
Thanks.
Ann
