I have to agree with you about the comfort factor with the legend. It goes in my left ear in the morning after I've showered, shaved, and am dressed for my day and it stays there until night and bed time. Several times I've found it in my bed or my wife says, here you probably don't wanna lose this.
Like with any device, there will always be differing opinions for or against and indifferent.
