Ok, I'm going to guess it is in Mac mode, so keys along the bottom should be - ctrl/option/cmd/space/cmd/option/ctrl.
Second, The Voiceover or VO keys are ctrl-option. Keyboard help is VO-K or Control-Option-K; and it should tell you you are in help mode. Then you can press keys and it should tell what they are, maybe even what they do.
