Hi all I know I have seen some traffic in the group on this, but I recently had one of these installed and really I can’t make head nor tail of the app. All I can seem to manage to do is text my boiler, which does work, but seems bizarre and, of course, depends on the existing presets.
The app doesn’t seem to do things that apps should do. For example, absence of buttons where one would expect there to be buttons. When I was speaking to British Gas about this they kept saying that there were “dots” above the days of the week, but not on VO, there weren’t. VO couldn’t even read the days of the week individually. Anyone got any tips on how to navigate this? British Gas said that the RNIB had tested this app for their developer, but I can’t see any evidence of this.
