Hi Neil According to British Gas, the app is broken with VO and they were working on it with a target of fixing it by January.
When I was talking through the app with their customer support, it was clear that there were a number of things which just weren’t working with VO, for example, selecting days of the week.. There are buttons attached to these which are invisible to VO. You may have heard they are about to release Hive 2, which will have connectivity with devices other than the heating, such as lights and so forth.
