Sorry, I missed your subject line and thought you were just telling us about a service. I should add as well that the other gentleman with the messed up computer because of calls like this contacted Microsoft who couldn't do anything to get his money back, but they were aware of a scam like this. I would let them know and give them the phone number. Also, I live in California and have not personally heard of Jackson, California. I'm thinking Fullsom where one of our prisons is located-Grin.
