Changing playback quality to high did not resolve my problem. Moreover, it is 
not a signal strength issue. However, what did resolve my problem was on in 
rolling from the test side of things, and reverting back to the standard. I 
must have enrolled in testing at some point along the way and forgotten about 
it. Now, things are fine. Thanks for your help.
