Hi, I have seen this skipping issue in both 8,4 and 8,3 in several apps. This includes spotify, email etc.
For me the issue ís still present, but doesn't seem any worse. I do hope its one that gets fixed in iOS 9, as it does get quite frustrating. Cheers, Brett.
