I upgraded to IOS 8.4, and I did not choose to sign up for Apple Music.
There is a Radio tab, but not an iTunes Radio tab. The Radio tab doesn't
appear to be the same thing as the old iTunes Radio tab in previous
versions of IOS. For example, I dont' see the radio stations I created
in iTunes Radio. Furthermore, most of the predefined radio stations just
give me a can't connect to station error when I double tab them. When I
go to https://www.apple.com/music/radio/ and I read up on Apple Music
Radio, I don't see a way to access what I was able to access with the
old iTunes Radio in the old native Music app.
I'm not complaining, since this is what I expected when I upgraded to
IOS 8.4, but I think my statement is still correct, if you upgrade to
IOS 8.4, and you don't sign up for Apple Music, then I don't think
you'll find iTunes Radio in the new native Music app.

I am disappointed with what they have done with the music app after introducing
apple music. When I go to my music and change catagory to songs there is no
option to shuffle nor is there an option to shuffle all music by a particular
artist.
