Hi.
Download the Dropbox app on your iPad, which you can find by searching
for Dropbox in the App Store. Then, log in to your account once
installed and you'll have all your files on your iPad that you do on
your Windows machine in Dropbox.
If you only want some stuff in both places, consider creating a
separate Dropbox account for your iPad. you'll need to use a different
email though. Then, just share a folder specifically between your PC
and Dropbox. However, remember that the actual files in your Dropbox
folders do not take up space on your iPad.
