You'll need another app for editing. Also I don't know of any apps which will allow accessible editing of Word docs. If you want to edit on the IOS device, you can use rich text with some apps but you are best to go for plain text an than there are hundreds of apps which will sync with dropbox and allow accessible editing. My personal fav is Elements but there are a few free ones as well.
