I don't think there is a 'Close All Tabs' button. Kind of a shame, would
seem pretty obvious and common sense to have one.
Best workaround would be not to have every page open in a new tap,
although I'm not sure if that's possible.

Open Safari and go to Bookmarks.
Flick to History and double-tap. Flick to Clear and double tap. Then
go to the top of the history page and double tap on Done.
Doing this from memory, so my apologies if not quite right.
