Chuck, 
Our issues sound similar yet different. My rotor options were all available to 
me, they just didn't work properly when they were executed within the text I 
originally typed in Fleksy. What really perplexed me is that I could school by 
characters, words etc when in any other fields such as as subject or cc. It's 
not what your call a major problem, but it is certainly something of an 
inconvenience when preparing correspondence that need to look professional.
