Hi Michael,

First, thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot this for me. I just went back 
into iBooks to the purchased tab. The book is not listed under the "not on this 
phone" tab. However, it does show up under the "all" tab with the download 
button dimmed. I did try a double tap and hold to see if I could pass through 
whatever is hanging this up. No such luck. All I seem to get in the "not on 
this iPho" interface is instructions to use the rotor for headings, notes, and 
links. When I open the "my books" tab, I do have the action rotor features and 
there's a delete button at on the top row under the status line.. The only 
thing left for me to do later on when I can find a small window is to call 
Apple Accessibility to see if they can unraghel this.
